If at any time we keep you waiting, we really do apologise. To help prevent us from running late, we ask you to please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Missed Appointments

If you are not able to keep your appointment, please give us a call on the number above at least 24 hours before your appointment.

we are a busy practice and appointments are precious, therefore if you you fail to attend on more than one occasion, we may not be able to offer you any further treatment.
